Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community of larger homes in Kissimmee, Florida. This resort is south of Orlando just off Poinciana Boulevard. Many of the Cumbrian Lakes homes have nice lakeviews and woodland conservation views from the lanai decks of each villa rental. The subdivision is characterized by a distinct residential feel in a quiet neighborhood environment Cumbrian Lakes Kissimmee has a kid’s playground as well as a soccer field and walking trail around one of the lakes for recreation. Approximately 100 acres of natural habitat provide a buffer around the resort, and are a unique aspect of this resort community after a long day at the parks.
