* **Ongoing Repairs:** Please be aware that the resort is undergoing ongoing repairs from damages sustained during the 2022 hurricanes. While we are thrilled to offer access to many amenities, the following remain closed: South side pool deck, Outdoor South Pool, Children's Pool, and the on-site restaurant and tiki bar. * **Beach Access:** Direct beach access is still available via a walkway just north of the building. * **Check-In:** Prior to 3:00 PM on your day of arrival, we will message you the combination for the electronic keypad on the door, along with detailed check-in instructions. * **Parking Pass:** The single parking pass provided must be returned and left inside the condo prior to your check-out. A replacement fee of $60 will be charged for any pass that is not returned.

Bellair Plaza is walking distance just across the street. Groceries at Publix, Beall's, Beall's Outlet and Marshalls are among the stores you will find there. Many restaurants and bars are only a short walk away. Downtown Daytona Beach is 3 miles south and Downtown Ormond Beach is 2 miles north.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Aruba. Tout était propre comme prévu et l'accès à la plage était facile. En bonus, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine extérieure chauffée qu'ils ont ouverte pendant notre séjour. C'était la façon idéale de terminer la journée à la plage et de continuer à profiter de l'eau. Les chambres étaient spacieuses pour une famille de six personnes : 2 adultes et 4 jeunes enfants. Les deux plus grands ont dormi sur le canapé-lit et le lit gigogne, tandis que les deux plus petits ont partagé le lit queen. La douche était chaude et la salle de bain propre. Cependant, l'espace est assez restreint et il peut être difficile d'entrer et de sortir, ou même d'aider les plus jeunes à prendre leur douche. Malgré tout, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin : ustensiles, poêles, bols. Le balcon offrait une belle vue, cependant il n'y a aucun moyen d'éteindre la lumière du patio, donc ceux qui dormaient dans le salon avaient la lumière rouge qui filtrait. La laverie dans l'immeuble était déplorable et nous avons fini à la laverie automatique au bout de la rue. Nous avons apprécié les jouets de plage pour les enfants. Les enfants ont adoré le cerf-volant et le fait d'avoir des serviettes de plage supplémentaires. We had a great stay at Aruba’s place. Everything was clean as expected and easy access to the beach. Bonus, we were able to use the outdoor heated pool they opened during our stay. It was a perfect way to end the beach day and continue our time in the water. The rooms were spacious for a family of six 2 adults and 4 small kids. The two older took the pull out and trundle beds. While The younger two shared the one queen bed. The shower was hot and the bathroom was clean. However, it is a tight fit and can be cumbersome to get in and out at times or even helping younger ones with showers. All in all still packed with what we need. Utensils, skillets, bowls. The balcony was a great view however, there is no way to turn off the patio light so those sleeping in the living room got the red light peaking through. Laundry in the building was abysmal and ended up at the laundromat down the street. We appreciated the beach toys for the kids. kids loved the kite and having the extra beach towels
